Check Out: Iceage – “Broken Bone”

2011 is a year of several firsts for Denmark punk band Iceage. Along with their first U.S. tour, the four teens are also readying the U.S. release of their debut album New Brigade, which is set to hit stores June 21st. So, with as many first-time experiences coming their way in such a short time, the band are responding with the second taste off New Brigade in the form of “Broken Bone”.

With “White Rune” being a piece of burned out ’80s nostalgia synth, “Broken Bone” is its slightly less complicated counterpart. Featuring a decidedly more positive and energetic guitar line, the boys take their hand at something almost poppy without being any less powerful and fuzzy. The band’s entire upcoming tour schedule can also be found below. New Brigade hits stores June 21st via What’s Your Rupture?
