Since this is primarily a “Music Blog” supporting the aurally awesome, liberty will be taken here to express an editorial opinion about Entourage: the show is kinda fucking terrible, innit? Has it gotten better since when I swore it off circa season three because no character ever changed or learned anything? Perhaps I’m being a tad harsh, but I have no pity for the show because I have no pity for any of the dudes on the show. Digression done.

But the HBO bro-drama’s ultimate season begins later this year, and the preview above is underscored by the new sound of the afterparty, the precocious R&B upstart The Weeknd (via MissInfo.tv). Save for the egregious editing, this’ll be another good bump for the prolific Canadian 20-year old Abel Tesfaye, who plans to release two more mixtapes (ostensibly titled Thursday and Echoes of Silence) this year in addition to previously released and spectacular House Of Balloons.
