ESPN.com reports that Rodgers record label, Suspended Sunrise Music, has signed their first band The Make, an alt-rock band from Southern California. Rodgers was on set for the shooting of their forthcoming music video, as evinced by this racy photo taken with ‘video hoes’. No, but the video’s choreographer Sarah Blakely said they’re actually “…dancers that just got off the Usher tour… Justin Bieber tour and … another guy who was hired by Michael Jackson to be on the ‘This Is It’ tour. All the dancers are working and are very professional.”
“This is the first step in the process,” Rodgers told Fox KRCR-Ch. 7.”My business partner and I have been working for a couple of years trying to put this whole thing together. We’re excited about starting the process, to see what happens with this band. Obviously football is my first priority. Music is my passion after that.”
With the NFL Lockout still looming large, Rodgers is obviously afforded some more time to pursue other events. Maybe he’ll be in compeition with Minnesota Vikings left tackle Bryant McKinnie’s Miami-based hip hop label BMajor Music Group. Watch your pocket(s), Rodgers.
