While it remains to be seen whether A Perfect Circle‘s reunion tour actually leads to a new full length album, the band does have at least one new song under its belt. Last night, Maynard James Keenan, Billy Howerde, and the rest of the band debuted a track titled “By and Down” during their concert in Portland, Oregon.
