It took British producer Gold Panda a healthy nine months following the release of his debut LP, Lucky Shiner, to gestate some new material, but with the wait came a track bouncing with life and giggling trills. In fact, you can almost feel the high-pitched clicks grating in the back of your throat as “MPB” guides you through each simple yet elegant tone. While you absorb the fresh beats, also take a gander at Gold Panda’s recently announced tour dates, which outline his summer as a European festival delight. But he’ll continue entertaining come October, when he headlines some more gigs, this time taking him into the States, where he’ll finish in Asheville, NC at MoogFest, alongside The Flaming Lips and Passion Pit. Though you’ll have to wait four months to use them, tickets are on sale for the American dates on Saturday, June 25th.
