Games‘ new LP, The R.E.D. Nation, was, literally, supposed to happen more than two years ago, and while waiting for a hip hop LP is quickly becoming an inevitable chore, the delay does have its benefits.

Originally rumored to feature guest spots from Weezy, Big Boi, Rick Ross, and Kanye West, the LP – which is one of our hot summer albums of 2011 – now reportedly boasts a cameo from OFWGKTA’s Tyler, The Creator, as well. Still, in the spirit of collaboration, Game has announced that there will be at least one more unknown contributor to the effort, which drops on August 23rd via Aftermath/Interscope.

The catch is that the new contributor could be you as CoS and Talenthouse are offering one lucky soul the opportunity to ghost write a new verse for his hit single “Pot of Gold” featuring Chris Brown.

The deadline is August 8th and all aspiring collaborators should record a video of themselves rapping an original verse over this instrumental then head over here to submit their clip alongside typed lyrics. Game will then choose a winner, record the chosen verse, and share it on all of his social media channels. What’s more is that the winner will be featured in the Interscope Records newsletter. The top five submissions will also be featured on his official website and receive a signed Cincinnati Red hat.
