Video: Dawes play “Time Spent in Los Angeles” on Letterman

By Devon Antonetti on June 28th, 2011 in Last Night, News, Video

Fresh off the release of their sophomore album, Nothing is Wrong, Dawes stopped by The Late Show with David Letterman last night to perform the country and roots-inspired, “Time Spent in Los Angeles”. From the pastel shirts and shaggy heads of hair, to the hints of twang and Americana, the L.A. rockers brought some ’70s A.M. radio gold to the show, earning the praises of Letterman and his bandleader Paul Shaffer alike. Check out a replay above, via The Audio Perv.

With a summer like these guys are having, it’s easy to understand the album’s title.
