It’s easy to find a video that completely blows in this day and age. There are literally hundred of thousands of webpages and Twitter messages telling people to “Watch this,” or “watch that,” but every now and then a clip comes along that harkens back to the golden age of the music video. Today, that clip appears courtesy of The Antlers, who have just released the visual accompaniment to the sixth track from their latest, CoS Top Star-worthy LP, Burst Apart.
“Every Night My Teeth Are Falling Out” could hold its own just by sound, but the visually stimulating video opens with frontman Peter Silberman standing on a small patch of grass while it slowly spins against a black backdrop. His bandmates then proceed to join him while images of dominoes, untwined rope, glasses of milk, and even teeth flash on the screen. The whole thing is relatively simple, yet completely memorable, and it’s the best way to make your hangover feel a little better. Watch the video below (via P4k), then check out the band on one of their upcoming tour dates, which are listed underneath the video.
