Video: The Killers debut new song, “The Rising Tide”

Earlier this week, The Killers’ Brandon Flowers revealed that the band has written “four or five songs” for their next studio album, the follow-up to 2008′s Day and Age. Above, you can sample one such selection in the form of “The Rising Tide”, which was debuted during an intimate performance in London last night.

There’s no ETA on the new album, but we could get even more live previews when band headlines London’s Hard Rock Calling music festival this evening. Of course, we’ll keep you updated.

    I loved the Flamingo album because it had lyrics that were completely different! I usually don’t pay attention to lyrics much, but with flamingo that’s what made the album special for me. 
    This new song brings the same kind of atmosphere Flamingo had. I simply love it!
