For Blitzen Trapper‘s sixth LP American Goldwing, the follow up to 2010′s Destroyer of the Void, the Portland, OR-based experimental outfit sought to make a record that reflected the sounds of their youth. With the album set for release on September 13th via Sub Pop, the group have dropped the album’s title track, available below in exchange for an email address. Featuring a bluesy harmonica, there’s definitely a rural nostalgic vibe to it. And if this is the music of the band’s youth, they look great for a bunch of  70-year-old men.
