Less than a week after announcing plans to release their first new material in some seven years, Floridian punk rockers Hot Water Music are streaming the A-side of their two-song single, “The Fire, The Steel, The Tread” at Huffington Post (scroll to the bottom of the piece). Along with this John Mellencamp-esque barnburner, HWM have plans to drop their next single, the B-side “Adds Up To Nothing”, via Facebook this Monday, July 25th. The two-track single is available digitally August 2nd and on vinyl August 29th.
