New Jersey-based indie-pop outfit Real Estate will return with their sophomore LP Days on October 18th via their new label, Domino Records. The follow-up to their 2009 self-titled debut, the 10-track effort was recorded with producer Kevin McMahon (Titus Andronicus, The Walkmen) in upstate New York. Below, you can stream/download the album’s lead single, “It’s Real”. For those prefer to touch their music, physical copies of the single will be released on September 27th.

Ahead of the release, Real Estate will spend the next month touring the U.S. and Canada. Included are dates with The Feelies, Times New Viking, Dent May, and Dominant Legs, along with an appearance at the Woodist Fest. Find their complete touring schedule further down this page.
