For Das Racist, it’s put up or shut up time, yo. With their debut album Relax scheduled to hit stores September 13th via Greedhead Music, the trio have to put aside the well-received mixtapes and the primo festival spots and take their joke rap game to the next level. If there’s any indication that Relax will do just that, it’s the new song “Michael Jackson”, which just so happens to be streaming below (via Stereogum). A raucous ditty, its Bollywood meets Commodore 64 beat and “Michael Jackson/A million dollars” hook should stick with you through the fall. Good going, DR.
