Video: Conan O’Brien and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros tackle “Creep”

On top of a late-night show that regularly doles out hot musical performances from the likes of Death Cab for Cutie and My Morning Jacket, Conan O’Brien showed off his own musical talents recently with his sonic bromance with Jack White. Now, the comedian/ginger is widening his repertoire with a recent cover of Radiohead’s “Creep” alongside Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros (O’Brien also dusted off the hit during his Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour). The impromptu homage came as Sharpe and company were shooting a performance as a part of the CONAN Summer Concert Series, started jammin’ through the alt-rock radio classic, and inspired Conan to get on stage and do his best Thom Yorke. The end result of this collaboration, available above, is like an emo Oliver Twist fronted by a band of dirty hippies.
