For the next few weeks, North Carolina rapper J. Cole has plans to make Sundays truly awesome (like True Blood can’t do that already!) by dropping various unreleased songs as a part of the Any Given Sunday series. This week, however, the musical bounty is more plentiful than we could’ve ever hoped for.

First, this week’s edition of Any Given Sunday comes to us in the form of a Ustream session, where the Roc Nation MC doled out a plethora of never-before-heard tracks and freestyles. Watch the two-part session below (via NahRight.com).

And further down is the video for the lead single from Cole World: The Sideline Story in “Work Out”. The clip primarily features Cole playing basketball, a lot. Then, like every great rap video before it, he meets a young woman who he wines and dines before leaving her to get back to rappin’/hoopin’ it up. How many points does one get for a one-night stand?
