Capitalizing on the unique date, Angels & Airwaves return November 11th to complete their Love saga. The next installment, aptly titled Love: Part Two, picks up where its predecessor, 2010′s Love, left off. What’s more, the album’s corresponding film, the William Eubank-directed Love, hits DVD the same day. If you couldn’t tell, there’s clearly a whole lotta love going on. He shoots, he scores!
As Exclaim reports, Love: Part Two will be available on its own, but naturally, there will be a box set available to fans and completists looking for the whole shebang. This set will include both Love and Love: Part Two, in addition to the aforementioned 86-minute film. For real die hards, there will also be another incarnation that sports the two albums, the film a 128-page comic book, and a limited-edition shirt. For the diehard diehards, there’s also an uber deluxe package that sports all the above, but also a customized TD Epiphone guitar modeled after singer Tom DeLonge’s own. Those will be limited to 25, however.
For a taste of the new LP, check out the video for “Anxiety” below. Once again, listeners will no doubt recognize the influences of U2, though no Pink Floyd, despite DeLonge’s previous comments. We’ll see how the record fares. Until then, we’re pretty sure you have plenty to listen to right now.
Love: Part Two lands November 11th via To the Stars Records.
