Swedish pop outfit Miike Snow returns with their sophomore LP, Happy To You, on March 27th via Downtown Records/Universal Republic. Although we’ve already heard a preview of the album with “Devil’s Work”, the trio has now released the LP’s proper first single, “Paddling Out”. The house-style production value features chopped up bits of acid jazz, with vocalist Andrew Wyatt’s clearly sex-less vocals, and other, more bubbly backing vocals, gingerly thrown on top. The end result keeps in line with their back catalog and simultaneously stands as some of their more joyous work to date. Check it out below (via Pigeons and Planes).
