fIREHOSE — Mike Watts’ post-Minutemen project with Ed Crawford and George Hurley — are reuniting after 18 years for an appearance at this year’s Coachella Music Festival. They’ve also scheduled some West coast dates around the festival, including a few with M. Ward. Check out the schedule below, along with their video for “Brave Captain”.

If you’re going to multiple shows I’d do Portland, Seattle, Bellingham. All are a few hours to drive between cities and great towns too.  Bellingham on a Monday night will undoubtedly be the smallest venue and show…if you like em up close and personal that’s the one.  I’ll be there.  Always great to see shows at Doug Fir Lounge in Portland so if you can only do one show, I’d do Portland or San Francisco.
