Back in November, dream-folk singer-songwriter Marissa Nadler hinted at a sister recording to last June’s self-titled release. Following seven months of maturation, those eight recordings will be released into the world as The Sister on May 29th via Nadler’s own Box of Cedar Records. According to a press release, the LP is a realization of the muses that surround Nadler: childhood, betrayal, friendships, new love, nature, and hope.
A tracklist has yet to surface, but the announcement is accompanied by a one-minute teaser video, which can be found below. Stay tuned as more details surface.
