20-plus-piece choral pop outfit The Polyphonic Spree is gearing up for a busy 2012. As previously reported, they’ll be hitting the road this year for their first tour in four years, with leg one kicking off in the Southwest on February 6th. In a newly released trailer for the tour, you can hear an extended preview of a yet-unreleased track titled “What Would You Do”. The cut is more of the gleeful positivity fans love the Spree for. It’s a considerably livelier number than the previously revealed “Bullseye”, the first single from a forthcoming release from Good Records Recordings. You can watch the tour trailer below.
In addition, New Fumes have been announced as openers for the February tour dates.The band is the project of ex-Spreer and Flaming Lips collaborator Daniel Huffman. See the current itinerary below.
