Last year, Melvins members Buzz Osborne and Dale Crover hit the road with Trevor Dunn (Secret Chiefs 3, Mr. Bungle), performing the more lighter material from the Melvins’ back catalogue. Now, the trio aptly called Melvins Lite has recorded an LP, the incredibly titled Freak Puke, which will see release on June 5th via Ipecac. The group has plans for more touring throughout 2012 in support of the release.
