Earlier this week, Chromatics unveiled a track off their forthcoming fourth LP, Kill for Love, with their dark re-imagining of Neil Young’s “Hey Hey My My (Into the Black)”. Now, they return with another track and another video, this time for the hypnotic and pulsing “Lady”. Directed by Rhys Balmer and Alberto Rossini, the track’s accompanying video looks like the two directors patched together dusty B-roll footage of early John Carpenter or William Friedkin films. There’s this rustic, vintage quality about them that seems to be rather “in” at the moment. Whatever, we’re on board with it. Check it out below.
