It’s been awhile since we’ve seen (or heard from) The Drums, but last night the Brooklyn-bred troupe stopped by 30 Rock to make their television debut on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. There, they sliced up a running cut of “Days”, one of the more driving tracks off last year’s darker sophomore LP, Portamento. Frontman Jonathan Pierce hardly skipped a beat as he stormed ahead with the track’s lustful-yet-lazy sentiments. With each passing lyric, Pierce slowly raised the edge, which made for a rather invigorating performance. Check it out below, courtesy of The Audio Perv.
