Wondering where Spoon has been? Why the Handsome Furs broke up? Here’s a possible reason: Spoon’s Britt Daniel, Wolf Parade and Handsome Furs’ Dan Boeckner, and New Bomb Turks’ Sam Brown have formed a supergroup of sorts.

Under the moniker Divine Fits, the trio plan on releasing their as yet untitled debut album, produced by Nick Launay, later this year via Merge. As of now, however, those are all the details we have; in the meantime, check out the newly minted group’s official site and follow them on Twitter.
