Question of the Day: Your Perfect Supergroup?

on May 07, 2012, 2:18pm

questionoftheday1 Question of the Day: Your Perfect Supergroup?

On Friday, the 2012 summer movie season kicked off with the premiere of The Avengers. In the film, an unlikely team of Earth’s mightiest heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and the Hulk, joined forces to battle an evil interdimensional threat. If given Nick Fury-esque political powers, how would you create your own Avengers in the form of a perfect musical supergroup? Would it be a rap duo of Jay-Z and DOOM? Maybe a rock band led by Thom Yorke and backed by The Strokes? Regardless of time, space, personal affiliations, or status of members, we want to see what unit you’d assemble to save the music world with the power of collaboration.
