HARD Events, the Los Angeles-based company behind a number of electronic music festivals and concerts, has been acquired by Live Nation, according to The New York Times. Financial terms were not disclosed, however, both companies say the deal will allow for HARD’s expansion into new markets.

In the coming months, HARD will host its annual summer music festival in Los Angeles, a Halloween event called HARD Haunted Mansion, and the Holy Ship! cruise.
