What: In Todd Terje’s music video for “Inspector Norse”, the titular failed musician (born Marius Solem Johansen) turns every day life into a dance party. The clip is an excerpt from a short film entitled Whateverest about Johansen, who has a “penchant for dancing and drugs.”
