New Music: Black Moth Super Rainbow – “Windshield Smasher”

 New Music: Black Moth Super Rainbow   Windshield Smasher

As previously reported, Black Moth Super Rainbow returns this fall with their Kickstarter-funded fifth LP, Cobra Juicy. After raising $85,000 in less than two weeks, the band has announced an October 9th release date for the self-released effort, and offered another slice to squeeze with “Windshield Smasher”. The surprisingly bluesy track sounds like The Black Keys dropped valium, ran their vocals through analog synths, and hired Radiohead bassist Colin Greenwood in the process. It’s a nice burn and Tobacco fans should be enthused. Stream it below.

The band has also scheduled new U.S. tour dates, spanning from late October to early December. Check out the full schedule below.
