In the video for their all-star collaboration “3 Kings”, the turbulent beginnings and hard-fought ascensions of Rick Ross, Jay-Z, and Dr. Dre are highlighted like the most intimate of home movies. From HOV’s early times on the stoop in “Hard Knock Life” to Ross smashing around NYC on a quad to Dre hitting them corners in his lolo, the clip combines footage of vintage music videos, luxurious cars, and recording in the studio. And, of course, there’s a cameo from Beats By Dre.

The collaboration is off Ross’ new album, God Forgives, I Don’t, which is out now via Maybach Music Group/Def Jam/Warner Bros.
