Last week, Scottish folk rockers Frightened Rabbit dropped the title track off their forthcoming EP, State Hospital, due out September 25th via Canvasback/Atlantic. Now, the spearheading single has an accompanying video (via Pitchfork). Directed by Hand Held Cine Club, the somber video takes the track’s title literally, capturing fractured, painful memories under stormy skies and amongst hospital wards or desolate European streets. It’s bleak stuff, especially for a Monday, so take it with a grain of sugar.

In support of the EP, Frightened Rabbit will hit clubs across Europe and North America starting next month, including stops in New York, Chicago, Seattle, and San Diego, CA. Consult the full itinerary below.
