Refused and OFF! capped off their joint tour in Chicago last weekend, and during the encore, OFF! frontman Keith Morris joined the Swedish hardcore outfit for two Black Flag covers. The momentary super group powered through rollicking versions of “Police Story” and “Nervous Breakdown”.
