As previously reported, The xx have penned an original composition with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, and will premiere it tonight in Bridlington, England as part of the second annual BBC Philharmonic Presents… festival. Click here to listen along beginning at 3:00pm EST

Of course, this isn’t The xx’s only piece of new music. The band’s sophomore album, Coexist, is out now via Young Turks and has already sold a ton of copies. As Billboard reports, the album debuted at number five on the Billboard album charts after selling 73,000 copies. Even more impressive, the album hit number one in the band’s native UK.
