During a recent performance at the Converse Rubber Tracks pop-up studio/venue, Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire debuted his El-P-produced single “Telephuck”. A profound representation of his live show, the track features eXquire’s raspy vocals and unmatched energy, delivering rhymes that poignantly display his blend absurdism and self-awareness (“Staring at my life through a kaleidoscope/10 different me’s I don’t know how to cope/Damn I need some freaks who don’t know how to choke/Release my semen, unleash my demons”). Stream the replay below (via The FADER).
In case you missed it, eXquire released “The Message”, also possibly helmed by El-P, in August.
