For their latest video, Green Day drop the glitter ‘n’ glam and cleaned up the bloody dance floor for something a little more subdued. “Nuclear Family” simply captures the Bay Area collective doing what they do best: playing their hearts out. It’s a raw, straightforward clip that gives far more credence to one of the album’s stronger cuts yet. Watch the video below (via Yahoo! Music).

¡Uno! arrives September 25th via Reprise Records. The band’s other two new albums, ¡Dos! and ¡Tré!, will be released on November 13th and January 15th, respectively.

Next month, Green Day will headline New Orleans’ Voodoo Experience, and will then embark on a lengthy North American tour starting in November. Consult the full itinerary below.
