Santa Sufjan isn’t the only one spreading holiday cheer this season: Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy and frequent collaborator Dawn McCarthy (of Faun Fables) have teamed up for a holiday-themed 7″. Christmas Eve Can Kill You+Walking the Dog features covers of the eponymous Everly Brothers tunes (the UK version features ”Love Kravzeit” as the B-side).

As a press release puts it, “Given the depth and dynamism of Bonny and Dawn’s natural harmonic ability, the single is sure to awaken the inner holiday spirit (and beasts) like no other record this season.”
