LP number 10 for Animal Collective? That was a nice little reminder that the quartet has been evolving for longer than most of the young bands that show up to play Jimmy Fallon. This time, AnCo let Panda Bear (aka Noah Lennox) take the lead behind the drum kit and recreate “Rosie Oh”, a cut off their latest album Centipede HzWatch the funky little replay below courtsey of The Audio Perv.

I love this song, but it’s likely they did it because Avey Tare has laryngitis.

Sometimes there are the most simple slip-up on these articles; this time is no different. Clearly Avey Tare did not take the lead on this. He hit one pad and twisted one knob; clearly didn’t do much of anything. Panda Bear, get the facts straight.
