Mysterious hip-hop figure Captain Murphy just dropped his first mixtape, Duality. The 35-minute mix comes accompanied by vintage, psychedelic found footage, which you can watch here.

Captain Murphy first surfaced on the Flying Lotus-Earl Sweatshirt collaboration, “Between Friends”. Since then, he’s released a series of tracks through Twitter, appearing alongside Flying Lotus associates Azizi Gibson and Jeremiah Jae. Some have speculated that this is Flying Lotus’ secret rap project, while others believe it sounds like Tyler, the Creator, or a combination of Tyler and Earl.
