The next few months will be great for My Bloody Valentine fans. Not only does Kevin Shields plan on releasing the band’s long-awaited follow up to 1991′s Loveless by year’s end, but now High Fader Records has announced they’ll issue a Japanese tribute album of said landmark record on January 23rd (via Exclaim.ca).
Awkwardly titled Yellow Loveless, the 11-track compilation features covers by a number of Japanese artists, with highlights from Boris and Shonen Knife, who tackle “Sometimes” and “When You Sleep”, respectively. Consult the full tracklist below.
