Copenhagen’s Lower continues to trudge through their stark post-punk without a flashlight or a lantern. On November 20th, they’ll latest 7″ single, “Someone’s Got It In For Me” b/w “But There Has To Be More” via Escho and 540. You’ve already heard its A-side, and now the equally bleak and disturbingly morose B-side is here to absorb. For a little less than three minutes, vocalist Adrian Toubro shelters himself from ominous globs of clunky percussion and a turbine of distortion as he pines, “Nothing new was lost.” Yeah, pretty heavy.
Pre-order the 7″ vinyl now via Escho or 540. Don’t forget about this summer’s Walk on Heads EP, either.
