One of the more bizarre scenes of the year occurred at a Cro-Mags concert in July, when former bassist Harley Flanagan stabbed and bit two current members of the band.

Following his arrest, Flanagan was charged with second degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon. But now, as DNAinfo reports (via Pitchfork), the charges against Flanagan have been dropped. Flanagan’s lawyer Sean Parmenter maintained that persecution did not have sufficient evidence, adding Flanagan went to the show that night to make amends, but was attacked.
