Since releasing 2010′s No Mas LP and 2011′s Candy Canyon EP, Brooklyn beat farmers George Langford and Tom Van Buskirk, better known as Javelin, have cemented themselves as a burgeoning production duo with remixes of Future Islands, G-Side, Warpaint, and more.

On March 5th, they’ll return with their sophomore record, Hi Beams, through Luaka Bop. Leading the way is “Nnormal”, which finds the pair right where they left off in their own aural explorations, presenting a prickly mix of laser strikes and layered percussion underneath filtered vocal melodies.
