On Sunday, the legendary rocker dropped a demo of “Boyfriend”, and now we have the ying to its yang with “That Girl Thing”, an bare ballad with just Prince and his acoustic guitar. These lines sung in a hushed falsetto at the end seem to fit both the song and the general Prince purview: “That’s ok / even if I lose / I win.”
