CoSigned Portland psych-pop outfit Wampire have shared another off-kilter jam from their upcoming debut, Curiosity, in the form of “Spirit Forest”. This time around, the duo of Rocky Tinder and Eric Phipps demonstrate their funkier side, placing a crunchy bass groove in the middle of a swirling maelstrom of chirpy organ notes and spacey synth lines for a groove that’s as bugged out as it is effective.
