Damon Albarn never releases anything for free. You won’t see Blur. Not too sure about The Stone Roses. There’s no Yeah Yeah Yeahs, no Wu-Tang, no Miguel, no Danny Brown or Earl Sweatshirt lol. Or Bon Iver’s side project: The Shouting Matches. No Modest Mouse. Or Janelle Monae haha. Madness!

A lot of times headliners will actually be added day of as they need to work out rights with them…see Arcade Fire in 2011 and Dr. Dre in 2012.

Really? They leave out Blur and the Roses? Their two big Friday night headliners. That pisses me off. And if this was Blur or the Roses’ management, that pisses me off even more. This is the first time either band has played America in ten years (Blur) and almost twenty years (Roses) and they may never play America again. There are loads of fans out there who would love to see them, but simply can’t make a 2000 mile trip and shell out $350. This live stream was the next best thing for us and now we have nothing. I can guarantee you that about Blur and the Roses could reach 10-20x more fans with the stream than without it.
