The Rolling Stones perform “Emotional Rescue” live for the first time

The Rolling Stones officially tipped off their “50 and Counting” Tour last night at Los Angeles’ Staples Center. In addition to surprise guest appearances by Gwen Stefani (“Wild Horses”), Keith Urban (“Respectable”), Mick Taylor (“Midnight Rambler”), the UCLA Bruin Marching Band (“Get Off My Cloud”), and the CSULB Bob Cole Conservatory Chamber Choir (“You Can’t Always Get What You Want”), the veteran outfit performed the title track to their funky 1980 album, Emotional Rescue, for the first time ever.
