The 2013 installment of the Glastonbury Music Festival took place just a week ago, yet rumors of next year’s headliners are already at a fever pitch. According to eFestivals, Fleetwood Mac, Depeche Mode, and Elbow are favorites to top the festival’s 2014 lineup.
eFestival writes of Fleetwood Mac and Depeche Mode:
“Whether these two acts will headline Glastonbury 2014 we cannot tell you with any certainty, because our understanding is that nothing has been contracted as yet and things often change in the months that pass between a loose verbal agreement and signed contracts (normally in the Autumn) … but we’re about as certain as we ever get that Elbow, Fleetwood Mac, and Depeche Mode are the three bands Michael Eavis was referring to many months ago when he said he had the 2014 headliners sorted.”
Glastonbury 2014 takes place June 25th – 29th in Pilton, UK. Registration to buy tickets to the festival is now ongoing. Anyone who is interested in purchasing tickets to the festival must be registered.
