While Chicago’s got a new class of hungry, talented emcees looking for their own big Chance-style break, Chance continued his banner year last night, making his late night TV debut on The Arsenio Hall Show. And boy, did he revel in the spotlight, offering a spirited rendition of “Chain Smoker”, backed with a full band and horn section.
