on March 24, 2014, 3:19pm

Late Friday evening, Sasquatch! Music Festival pulled the plug on its newly expanded second weekend, which was set to take place July 4th – 6th at The Gorge in George, WA. In the wake of the news, several of the acts scheduled to perform at the festival have announced replacement shows in the Seattle area.

Kraftwerk will perform at the Paramount Theater on July 1st, followed by New Order on July 6th. Meanwhile, Sharon Van Etten and Courtney Barnett will perform together at the Neptune Theater on July 5th. We’re told several more Sasquatch!-related concert announcements will be announced shortly.

Meanwhile, several other acts from weekend two have been added to weekend one’s lineup, including Demetri Martin, Eugene Mirman, Night Beats, Sol, Kyle Dunnigan, Shelby Earl, Kongos, Chastity Belt, Iska Dhaaf, Pollens, Dude York, Sandrider, and Kithkin, with a few more acts still to be announced.

Tickets to Sasquatch! weekend one — which takes place May 23rd-25th and features OutKast, The National, and Queens of the Stone Age as headliners — remain available through the festival’s website.
