El-P and Killer Mike have given us a further look inside the sessions for Run the Jewels 2. Earlier this week, they shared a snippet of new music from the follow-up to their thunderous 2013 self-titled debut. Now, they’ve shared a few photos from inside the studio.
Of note is that presence from Rage Against the Machine frontman Zack De La Rocha and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. By the sound of it, both men will be appearing on the album. “Yes it is really happening,” El-P wrote on his Instagram. Meanwhile, Barker wrote on his own account, “In the studio listening to #RunTheJewels2 with @killermikegto #ELP and #ZachDeLaRocha. Nuthin short of amazing.”
