on April 20, 2014, 10:41am

Bruce Springsteen and newly inducted Rock and Roll Hall of Famers the E Street Band are currently touring North America in support of their latest album, High Hopes. Last night, the band descended on Charlotte, where they played a 30-song setlist chock full of covers and sing requests. Among the biggest highlights? A rollicking rendition of Van Morrison’s “Brown Eyed Girl”. Watch fan-shot footage below.

The setlist also included covers of Suicide (“Dream Baby Dream”), The Isley Brothers (“Shout”), and Richard Berry (“Louie Louie”), in addition to originals like “No Surrender”, “Out in the Street”, “Racing in the Street”, and “Darkness on the Edge of Town”.
